The University of Florida/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences will host its Vegetable Field Day at the North Florida Research and Education Center in Quincy, Fla., on Thursday, June 2, 2005.
Registration will begin at 8:15 a.m. and research tours and demonstrations will be conducted between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Tours and demonstrations include, “Selection of Tomato Varieties for Maximum Disease Control,” “Tomato N Rate Study,” “Management of Powdery Mildew in Cantaloupe.”
Vegetable Field Day has been approved for four (4) CEU’s for Restricted Use Pesticide Licenses.
