South Carolina nursery, landscape group to meet

The South Carolina Nursery & Landscape Association will host its annual trade show and seminar program in Myrtle Beach, S.C., Feb. 8-10, 2007.

The event is open to those in the nursery, landscape and related industries. Most events will be held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Some of this year’s seminar topics will be Trends in Outdoor Living, Personnel Issues, Immigration Reform, Native Plants, Irrigation, Night Lighting, and Nursery Production. South Carolina Pesticide Applicator License Recertification credits as well as International Society of Arboriculture CEU’s will be offered.

Seminars will be held on Thursday, Feb. 8 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:15 p.m. There will also be a Landscape and Turf Management program on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 9:00 a.m. until noon.

The 300-plus booth trade show will be open on Friday, Feb. 9 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
