National Farm Machinery Show set America's largest indoor farm show - the 36th Annual National Farm Machinery Show (NFMS) - returns to Louisville, Ky., on Feb. 14-17.

Stressing the technological explosion that continues to revolutionize the agribusiness industry, the comprehensive exhibits, displays and seminars of the NFMS easily fill the more than one million square feet of climate-controlled indoor space available at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center (KFEC).

800 exhibitors With more than 800 exhibitors and thousands of items featured at this premier agricultural exposition, virtually every manor line of equipment, seeds, chemicals, livestock supplies and more are simultaneously accessible for produce comparisons. Farmer, livestock producers, dairy operators and agribusiness professionals of every sort will have hands-on access to the newest and most innovative products showcased at the NFMS.

With more and more of today's farmers making strategic business decisions to assist them in meeting the agricultural demands of the new millennium, the NFMS becomes a necessary resource in their plans to flourish during future industry changes. Each night the 33rd Annual Championship tractor Pull, the oldest large-scale indoor pull in the country, revs up a ground-pounding, high-energy competition in Freedom Hall for vendors and visitors alike.

America's top drivers and their battle-tested muscle machines compete in semi-final classes, including Pro Stock, Super Stock, Modified and Alcohol tractors, plus Two- and Four-Wheel Drive Trucks, for a share of $200,000 in price money.

This thrilling even, sponsored by Syngenta - formerly known as Zeneca Ag Products - runs each evening of NFMS at 7:30 p.m. with an additional show on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Tickets are subject to availability and can be purchased at the KFEC Ticket Office or through TicketMaster.

The Family Living Center, a calmer addition to the NFMS featuring unique and quaint gift ideas for friends and family, offers and assortment of items for the farm home. Shoppers can find unusual gadgets, home accessories, arts and crafts, handmade clothing, jewelry and souvenirs.

The Kentucky fair & Exposition Center, home of the NFMS, is located at the junction of I-65 and I-264, five miles south of downtown Louisville, Ky. Exhibits are open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST.
