Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack will deliver the keynote address at the 2011 Agricultural Outlook Forum scheduled for Feb. 24-25 in Arlington, Va.
In addition, a plenary panel of CEOs and other leaders is invited to discuss topics such as "Managing Risk in an Electronic Era," "Broadband as a Marketing and risk Management Tool," "Environmental Markets, and "World Trade Patterns."
USDA Chief Economist Joseph Glauber will discuss the domestic and foreign agricultural economic outlooks.
