DuPont Pioneer doubling the number of Optimum AquaMax corn hybrids available in 2013


Severe droughts in different parts of the country in 2011 and 2012 are leading corn growers to look for hybrids that could “weather”  those adverse conditions  better than previous ones. To that end, DuPont  Pioneer is increasing from 22 to 44 the number of Optimum AquaMax hybrids it  will offer this season. DuPont Pioneer’s Reed Mayberry discussed both the  AquaMax and AcreMax corn products in this interview at a Media Event in  Johnston, Iowa.
