The more tractors an operation has the more of a challenge it can be to keep up with them. Trimble introduced new products that can help farmers with that task and help them get more use from their smartphone. Trimble’s new Connected Farm app is a free app that allows growers and consultants to map field boundaries, scout for pests, take geo-referenced phones and manage collected data. Ian Harley explained the new app and the vehicle management software in this interview at the Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa.
